Marnie Bauman

Marnie’s career spans more than 3 decades in human resource management leadership roles.  Prior to joining DeliveryCircle, she was the Sr. Vice President of Administration for a national staffing organization, CareersUSA, with over 12,000 employees in an eight state region.  Before that she held executive administrator roles for Boeing Computer Services, a division of The Boeing Company, as well as CIGNA Corporation.

Marnie is responsible for leading the HR Department, with a focus on developing and executing recruitment and employee relations strategies that represent Delivery Circle’s culture and values.  Marnie is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and enhancing the employee experience, as well as meeting the priorities and needs of DeliveryCircle’s independent contractor community.
